Dailymotion, Temporis and CMI Media join forces again to launch the web series “Mes Pires Entretiens” (“My Worst Interviews”)

How to build awareness among a target group of business leaders when you are a temporary employment agency network?

Originally launched in November 2017, this web series humorously and exaggeratedly illustrates the worst attitudes that recruiters can have during job interviews. Written and produced by NROLL, Dailymotion’s creative studio, this special operation was a great success from its launch and was awarded the Digital Video Prize and the Grand Prix for Brand Content.

After two seasons of the web series focused on temporary workers, Mr. Dumanche, the star recruiter of Interim à Gogo, played by Julien Pestel, returns in “Mes Pires Recrutements” (“My Worst Interviews”), a 100% digital campaign with a quirky tone. This time, he visits business leaders and human resource managers.

“Since its creation, Temporis has always taken an original and innovative approach to communication, tackling the subject of recruitment with humor and lightness. Thanks to the creative talents of the NROLL studio, we have been able to develop an original web series format that has allowed us to effectively communicate the values dear to our network—listening and expertise—while enhancing our digital visibility for three consecutive years”, says Evelyne Batut, Communication Manager of Temporis.

Episodes like “Mon Oncle Electricien” (“My Uncle the Electrician”), “Le Camtar” (“The Van”), “Dark Soudeur” (“Dark Welder”), and “Le CV en Carton” (“The Cardboard Resume”) provide opportunities to engage with business leaders, entertain them, and remind them that the human approach and local implementation of the franchise make Temporis the specialist in temporary recruitment in France.

The series is available on the website mespiresrecrutements.ondailymotion.com and as pre-roll ads on Dailymotion.com and its partners from March 8 to April 8, 2021. A project conceived, written, and produced by NROLL for Temporis with the participation of CMI Media.
