Introducing EchoAI: Transforming Video Advertising Through Conversational Experiences

At Dailymotion Advertising, we have always believed that technology should serve creativity, not replace it. Over the past months, my team at the Creative Studio has been working closely with our product teams to imagine a more engaging, human way to connect brands and audiences.

Today, I’m excited to share the result: EchoAI, our new video advertising format designed to turn passive impressions into real conversations.

EchoAI combines a conversational AI engine, trained on each advertiser’s approved content, with a seamless, immersive video experience. In practice, this means viewers can engage directly with a brand’s campaign – asking questions about products, exploring personalized offers, or finding a nearby store – without leaving the video itself.

This format is built to support mid-funnel strategies, helping brands bridge the gap between awareness and consideration in a way that feels natural and intuitive.

Putting the Audience at the Center

For too long, advertising has focused on broadcasting messages rather than enabling real dialogue. Brands have been talking at consumers. EchoAI changes that dynamic by creating a space where people can interact on their own terms.

EchoAI supports more than 20 languages and is available in open beta across all markets where Dailymotion Advertising operates. This launch is an important milestone in our broader strategy to embed artificial intelligence into our solutions and help brands become promptable, ready to engage in authentic, two-way conversations at scale.
