Dailymotion Advertising is introducing a dedicated and distinctive program for advertisers looking to optimize their advertising campaigns, structured into three key phases: planning, optimization, and measurement.
Planning
- In the initial phase, Dailymotion Advertising will conduct a consumer behavior study, leveraging Dailymotion’s first-party data to identify the expectations, purchase motivations, and behaviors of the target audience, summarized within precise and relevant personas. The study’s findings will be used to build an appropriate contextual targeting strategy and determine creative messages that resonate strongly with the target audience, enhancing the initial video message.
- With the assistance of its partner LUMEN and while using eye-tracking technology, Dailymotion Advertising will elaborate video advertising experiences by creatively optimizing attention scores. This approach will enable Dailymotion Advertising to produce video ads based on the elements of the format that capture the user’s attention the most.
Optimization
In this second phase, the video campaign will be broadcast on the « Dailymotion Attention Marketplace », a list of locations, including Dailymotion.com, that consistently achieve the highest attention scores, continuously measured by its partner Xpln.ai, exclusively designed to serve this new offer. Dailymotion Advertising, in partnership with Xpln.ai, conducts a comprehensive analysis of its entire inventory to list domains where attention scores exceed the average, ensuring the best available performance in its marketplace.
Measurement
In this final phase, Dailymotion Advertising concretely and precisely measures the impact of brands’ advertising campaigns broadcast on the marketplace. It collaborates with Xpln.ai to align impact data with attention metrics. Dailymotion Advertising conducts a deeper evaluation of advertising campaign effectiveness, helping advertisers refine their targeting and create more impactful content. To achieve this, Dailymotion Advertising will launch a Brandlift study (a brand equity report) with its partner Happydemics, aiming to establish a correlation between campaign-generated attention and its impact on brand awareness. This study will be based on various criteria: brand preference, ad recall, attribution, brand familiarity, and consideration. Subsequently, Dailymotion Advertising will provide a report categorizing the audience through profiling and analyzing areas of attention. As a result, Dailymotion Advertising is now capable of significantly enhancing its clients’ advertising experience, ensuring it is more effective and delivers a more enriching experience.
